Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate various packaging line positions, including capping, cartoning, packing shippers, and palletizing.
- Conduct thorough inspections of packaged products to verify lot numbers, expiry dates, and overall packaging integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all cleanliness procedures, SOPs, and packaging instructions.
- Perform equipment setup and teardown as needed.
- Identify and report potential hazards to ensure workplace safety.
- Work rotating shifts, including day shifts.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in packaging, preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industries (equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered).
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently at line speed with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of serialization processes.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and English communication.
