Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Poultry Farm Worker, you will:

  • Assist in incubation and processing of day-old chickens.
  • Care for poultry through feeding, floor walking, and maintaining biosecurity.
  • Uphold strict animal welfare and safety standards.
  • Contribute to accurate reporting and record-keeping.

Job Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and reliable individuals with a positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks (10-20kg) and repetitive bending/lifting.
  • A valid driver’s license and own transportation are essential.
  • No prior experience in poultry farming is necessary, but a passion for animals is a plus.
  • Adherence to strict biosecurity protocols: Applicants must have no recent contact with chickens, pet birds, pigs, or intensive livestock operations.
  • Pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol test and the ability to wear respiratory protective equipment are required.
