A Bakery Machine Operator is an effective team player whose activities involve operating, controlling and maintaining of bakery machines to ensure smooth line flow. Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate machinery for food processing, packaging, and bagging.
Monitor production through gauges, computer systems, and video monitors.
Clean and maintain machinery and work areas to ensure hygiene standards.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and irregularities in products.
Adjust processing variables to meet quality and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed production records.
Set up and calibrate equipment for processing and packaging tasks.
Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-7 months in food processing or manufacturing.
Certification: Valid Safe Food Handling certificate.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting heavy items.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
