Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Farm Maintenance: Perform general farm labour tasks, including trail maintenance, waste removal, and tree cutting.
  • Landscaping & Property Improvement: Assist with property upgrades, fence repairs, irrigation systems, and general landscaping.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery like chainsaws, mowers, and other tools essential to farm upkeep.
  • Pasture Management: Contribute to pasture care by controlling weeds, fertilizing, and mowing.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow established safety protocols and actively engage in fostering a safety-first culture.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and maintain a positive, proactive attitude while setting an example for others.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Two years preferred background in farming work, rural occupations, construction, plumbing or operating heavy machinery.
Physical Fitness: Should be highly spirited, in good physique and have perks for physical work and willing to work in different weather conditions.
Work Ethic: Exhibit availability, punctuality, accountability, responsibility and adaptability, initiative and time management; interpersonal skills, leadership skills and Customer service skills.
Age Requirement: Candidates can only be 18 and above.
Non-Smoker: Applicants cannot be smokers.
